As the Learning Manager Customer youll play a key role in shaping learning strategies that drive operational excellence and outstanding customer outcomes across the Qantas Group. Youll collaborate with senior leaders to assess training needs design innovative learning solutions and ensure alignment with Qantas business goals. Leading a team of training professionals youll oversee the development and delivery of customer experience and operational learning programs across multiple AOCs ensuring highquality compliant and effective training.
In this fastpaced role your ability to influence collaborate and deliver results will be crucial. Youll leverage adult learning methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement provide strategic L&D input and ensure business needs are seamlessly integrated into training delivery.
