About the role

  • Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the retail store, including leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, and stock.
  • Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure seamless shopping throughout the store.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving budgeted sales and managing controllable costs.
  • Lead the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager on duty.
  • Support training in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.
  • Encourage team development by providing timely feedback.
  • Regular Sunday work is required for this role.

About you

  • Passionate and motivated to deliver results, with the confidence to support your manager and team.
  • Excellent communication skills, along with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Previous team leadership, key holder, or management experience is advantageous.
