The Content Marketing Coordinator is integral in the implementation of the strategies, programs, and events across the Group's owned channels.
You'll be expected to use your understanding of the digital landscape to implement engaging content, communications, and activity to deliver strong brand awareness, familiarity and trust for prospects and retention for our strong client database.
In addition to this, you will coordinate, assist, and produce marketing materials including graphics, brochures, and promotional material.
- Responsibilities
- Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing initiatives such as content creation, social media and EDM's.
- Responsible for the development and execution of Group EDMs.
- Manage the Social Media community including responses to enquiries as well as social listening (brand mentions, competitor activity).
- Create and manage the content calendar combining online marketing, offline marketing, and brand activities.
- Assist in the design and updates of all marketing material (business cards, letterheads, flyers etc.) and manage internal print, signage and external design requirements and department stock inventory.
- Support the Group Marketing Manager to build, maintain and analyse monthly performance reporting to share with the management and increase performance and lead generation.
- Support planning, preparation, and implementation of all QPF internal and external events.
- Skills, Competencies and Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience working within a content marketing, communication, or similar role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field, OR considerable professional experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a flair for creating unique and engaging content
- Demonstrate excellent grammatical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient skills in Facebook and LinkedIn, CRMs, Microsoft (in particular, Excel) and WordPress.
- Experience with the Adobe Suite, desktop publishing and video editing software will be highly regarded.
- Are a strong team player, but also driven and self-motivated to work independently.
- Valid Australian working rights - permanent residency minimum requirement.
