Tester With Servicenow Hr Application

We are looking for Tester to join a Sydney based project. You will be joining this Global IT service provider on a contract role.

• Requirements
• Group Technology Leadership, Risk and Financial accountabilities
• Demonstrate the IAG purpose and live the IAG Spirit of Closer, Braver and Faster
• Ensure a workplace of safety and wellbeing for our people
• Pro-actively manage risk
• Your current accountabilities will also require you to :
• Create well-structured test plans and suites
• Estimate, prioritise, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Identify, document, and track software defects
• Perform thorough regression testing of resolved defects
• Automate as many test cases as possible, enhancing the Automated Test Framework on the Platform
• Co-ordinate Test activities during major Platform upgrade
• Validate defects against Test Plans and execute them on different environments (DEV / UAT / PROD)
• Assist process SME's with their Test cases and plans
• Assist System administrators and developers with day to day platform activities
• Support Platform team in understanding business and test requirements Continual Service Improvement
• Conduct service reviews to identify potential performance improvements, reassess service level targets, or minimize risk of business failure
• Skills
• Knowledge of Enterprise IT Service Management

Foundation and knowledge of ServiceNow platform

Knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies

Experience in Automated Test Framework
