The Food & Beverage Attendant is

• responsible for providing excellent customer service that ensures guaranteed guest satisfaction

Attend to guests by

• providing descriptive menu recommendations
• receiving guest orders
• delivering food & beverages
• answering questions
• and contributing to the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant - always maintaining the company's reputation and culture.
• To be successful in this role, you must possess
• Outgoing, enthusiastic with great customer service & communication skills!
• A current RSA Certificate.
• Hands on experience in a similar role at a fast paced restaurant would be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of POS ordering systems and cash handling would be advantageous.
• Work effortlessly in a team environment.
• Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
