Under my clients' umbrella is also a traditional Residential Aged Care facility and an extensive community program.

My clients' brief is to find a Registered Nurse who is an experienced and competent manager, capable of taking on the management of their services within a community setting. You will have an in-depth understanding of Home Care Packages, the National Disability Insurance Scheme and Commonwealth Home Support Program. You will have experience in delivering services within a budget and knowledge of compliance with relevant funding guidelines. You will be a strong leader who is able to provide supervision and clinical governance to Support Workers, Case Manager and Community Center staff. You will have a passion and commitment to ensuring the delivery of outstanding care to the clients within your care. You will also be capable of delivering training to community -based staff as required.
