We’re looking for a Senior Carpenter ready to lead from the tools as a Technical Build Lead — someone who’s respected by trades, passionate about quality, and committed to driving projects forward.

This is a role for leaders who still love the tools, but thrive on guiding teams, managing standards, and ensuring the craftsmanship speaks for itself.

The Role :

Hands-on leadership of carpentry works : framing, fixing, finishing, cabinetry, decking

Partner with your Site Supervisor to drive five live projects, coordinating in-house trades

Ensure quality, speed, and five-star reviews on every job

Mentor apprentices, guide carpenters, and set the benchmark for how things get done

Work within a structured system — with AI-driven scheduling and workflow support to keep things clean and efficient

A seasoned carpenter across framing, fixing, finishing

Naturally respected on-site — you’ve been the go-to before

Strong across trade coordination and sequencing

Organised, detail-focused, and committed to high standards

Driven to perfect your craft — whether you stay on the tools or want to grow into future leadership
