Business Disciplines :

  • Commerce, Finance, and Economics : Contribute to financial planning, risk management, and strategic decisions. Kick-start your career in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Strategy, or Transformation.
  • Eligibility Criteria :

  • Degree : Hold or be in your final year of your degree in your relevant discipline :
  • Commerce,Finance orEconomics

  • Australian or New Zealand Citizen / Permanent Resident or eligible permanent visa holder
  • Graduate or Expected Graduate by end of 2026
  • Available for Assessment Centre in-person in Ultimo in May 2026
  • Demonstrate key qualities : Strong team player, clear communicator, lateral thinker, and passionate about environmental and social responsibility
  • The Recruitment Process :

  • Eligibility : Check your eligibility and ensure you meet the required degree qualification.
  • Submit application : Create a profile on our careers portal and submit your application.
  • Screening : Our recruitment team will assess your application and inform you if you are unsuccessful.
  • Online Testing : If you pass screening, you will receive an email with instructions for our 12-minutes online test covering numeracy, literacy and abstract reasoning.
  • Online Video Interview : Candidates who meet the cognitive testing benchmark will be invited to complete a one-way video interview.
  • Shortlisting : The recruitment team will evaluate your video interview and notify you if you are unsuccessful.
  • Assessment Centre : Successful candidates will be invited to our in-person Assessment Centre, schedule in Ultimo, May 2026.
  • Pre-Employment Checks : Candidates selected at the Assessment Centre will be invited to undergo pre-employment checks.
  • Offer of Employment : Successful candidates will receive a verbal offer of employment followed by a formal written off sent by email.
