- THE OPPORTUNITY
An opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Analyst to join our Applications team based at our Corporate Head office in Gepps Cross. We are looking for a dynamic, level headed, and customer focused Application Support Analyst who thrives on working with ERP and Retail Systems.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide L1.5 / 2 Application Support via a helpdesk environment.
- Triage Application support issues, provide technical assistance, issue troubleshooting, identify root causes and coordinate the escalation of more complex issues to internal and external resources.
- Diagnose and resolve complex incidents reported by users and contribute to problem management as required.
- Actively pursue incident volume reduction and turnaround time of tickets through a combination of items such as root cause analysis, proactive monitoring, and training.
- Resolution and response to customer requests.
- Capture, track and resolve system maintenance requests and end user issues.
- Support training for business users and maintain documentation, such as how to guides and user documentation.
- Assist with the configuration of approvals, workflows, and design and configuration of security privileges and roles.
- Working with a support partner to raise SR's and liaise with support personnel for various issues resolution.
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required.
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment.
- ABOUT YOU
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT.
- At least 5 years' experience in ERP Support with hands on experience resolving tickets.
- Experience with ERP support highly desired (eg Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics).
- Experience in supporting Supply Chain (preferred), Manufacturing (desired) and Retail (desired) environments.
- High attention to detail with proven ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
