Accounts Payable Officer - Fixed Term Contract

• Description

The role involves end-to-end accounts payable processing for Manassen Group companies. This full-time position requires collaboration with another AP officer and offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in Matching POs, processing FX / Overseas payments, reconciling accounts, and conducting payment runs. If you are a problem solver with great communication skills who enjoys challenges, we want you on our team.

This is a fixed term role for two months as leave cover.

• Key Responsibilities
• Process invoices daily and ensure coding and approval in workflow.
• Match POs for stock invoices.
• Manage and track overseas trade payments.
• Process local and overseas EFT payments.
• Conduct supplier reconciliations.
• Build relationships with trade creditors and internal departments.
• Undertake ad-hoc project work as required. Current project : SAP Concur AP automation

• Experience in handling high-volume invoices and complex ERP systems.
