What we're doing
We are looking for someone who gets their coffee hit from the thrill of a sale. You love working in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for attention to detail and are driven to go above and beyond to meet your customers' expectations. The Account Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the Developer team in the following ways :
Assist Account Partners with high level client conversations in their absence- To be the secondary point for clients and our Customer Support team with regards to customer service enquiries- Attend client visits with Account Partners in order to learn the sales process- Regular subscription reporting and end of campaign reports as required- Provide analysis and data to Account Partners to support ROI discussions- Working closely with Digital Campaign Managers to ensure campaigns are optimised and delivering on client's expectations- Weekly reporting on available inventory- Supporting the Sales manager by being proactive in coordinating quarterly 'Team Building' exercises as well as intermittent client and inter office events- Proficient in system processes & procedures and keep the team across updates / changes- Attend fortnightly Account Executive stand ups across all states to share any learnings and increase team efficiencies- Proactively support Account Partners with including but not limited to contract preparation, building media schedules and sales collateral- Help maintain existing smaller clients with support from Account Partners- Weekly meetings with Account Partners to discuss support in their week-to-week objectives- Highlighting additional revenue opportunities of and when applicable- Participate in training of new products as and when required- Ensure image and brand reputation managed
Who we're looking for
You are someone who has exceptional communication skills, demonstrated experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and bring a positive can-do attitude to the team every day. In addition, we need someone who has :
Someone with a few runs on the board - Prior experience in a similar role supporting a busy sales team- Tertiary education in Marketing, Communications or Business is preferred but not essential- Knowledge of media processes and strategies would be ideal- Experience liaising with both internal and external stakeholders- Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens- Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment - #gsd (urban dictionary will help on this one!)- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs specifically Word, Excel & PowerPoint
