Build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, & your team Lead innovative, play-based learning programs Mentor other Educators and help shape their professional journey Share children's learning stories with families Be an active part of the Guardian Curriculum and community

What You'll Need

Diploma in Early Childhood Education Experience in a long day care setting Strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF A valid Working with Children Check
