Objectives

Working within the Technical department and reporting to the Design Technician Supervisor, this role offers an exciting opportunity to support the business through technical design drawings, documentation, and calculations. Training will be provided in wind loads, drainage, thermal performance, PV design, and technical detail drawings.

The ideal candidate will have a Construction Industry / Architectural background, preferably with flat roof waterproofing system experience. Essential skills include CAD, understanding architectural drawings, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce, check, and process design drawings and technical documentation
• Liaise with clients and technical managers
• Handle enquiries via phone and email
• Perform general administration
• Stay updated on waterproofing systems, industry codes, and building regulations

Additional duties include supporting other technical areas, working flexible hours, and attending off-site meetings as needed.
