  • Job Requirements
  • Contract administration including variation claims, extension of time claims and progress claims.
  • Manage and implement the main contract deliverables.
  • Manage quality documents such as ITP's, ITR's, construction methodology statement and other relevant documents.
  • Provide project administration support including scheduling, reporting and cost control.
  • Document control including maintaining project documentation, records and registers.
  • Procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare project estimates, quantity surveying, and assist in tender submissions.
  • Essential Criteria
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Experience in contracts administration, quality control, estimation, quantity
  • surveying, project administration, procurement, and document control.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction planning software such as MS Project.
