Job RequirementsContract administration including variation claims, extension of time claims and progress claims.Manage and implement the main contract deliverables.Manage quality documents such as ITP's, ITR's, construction methodology statement and other relevant documents.Provide project administration support including scheduling, reporting and cost control.Document control including maintaining project documentation, records and registers.Procurement of materials and equipment.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.Prepare project estimates, quantity surveying, and assist in tender submissions.Essential CriteriaMinimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in the construction industry.Experience in contracts administration, quality control, estimation, quantitysurveying, project administration, procurement, and document control.Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.Strong time management and organisational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction planning software such as MS Project.How to ApplyCurrently this position is NOT open to applicants requiring sponsorship.
