Sitting between Sales, Marketing, and Product, this role is about elevating sales performance with content that converts, programs that stick, and coaching that counts.You'll : Design and deploy enablement content (playbooks, battlecards, decks) that fuel pipeline and close rates.Lead onboarding and ongoing training to fast-track rep ramp and productivity.Manage and drive adoption of Highspot, Gong, and LMS tools, making enablement scalable.Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches and align messaging across teams.Turn insights from calls, win / loss, and market data into strategic sales narratives and tools.Why Join This Company?
