Food Preparation Employee / Cleaner

• Qualifications & experience
• Previous kitchen experience from working in a hotel, catering or food manufacturing workplaces.
• Previous experience in cleaning
• Basic knowledge and understanding of kitchen practices including cooking, preparation and handling.
• Some manual handling and lifting will be required.
• Reliable, punctual, courteous and being able to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail with quality and cleanliness.
• Tasks & responsibilities
• Understanding and following established production recipes and procedures.
• Assembling and weighing out ingredients for batches.
• Undertaking various processes to create finished product batches to the required quality.
• Assist with clean up, labeling and packing of finished products as required
• Completion of QA & HACCP documentation.
• Deliver goods to customers when required including; driving safely and maintaining vehicle, loading and unloading of goods into vehicles.
