About The Role As a Disability Employment Services Employment Consultant at APM , you will support participants in transforming their lives by working closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions. This role is dynamic, inclusive, and rewarding, requiring collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Identify and secure employment opportunities with local employers Support participants to develop skills and become job-ready Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements Enhance employability through training and support referrals Develop personalized job plans for employment pathways Build and maintain relationships with employers and community groups Candidate Suitability We seek driven, solution-focused individuals with empathy and compassion for those with disabilities, injuries, or barriers to employment. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a can-do attitude are essential. Experience in sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration is advantageous. We provide full training to help transfer your skills into a career in Employment Services.
