This large scale road and bridge development offers long term security, consistent workflow, and the opportunity to contribute to a high profile project with community wide impact.You will be working alongside a collaborative team where safety, quality, and teamwork come first.

The scope includes bulk earthworks, drainage, road construction, structures, and service relocations, providing a chance to broaden your experience across multiple disciplines.To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring : Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering A minimum of 6 years experience delivering civil infrastructure projects, with a strong track record in managing complex site operations and technical delivery Demonstrated experience on Main Roads WA (MRWA) projects, with a sound understanding of specifications, standards, and stakeholder expectations Background in major transport and infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, bridges or similar large scale civil works Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets while maintaining quality and safety standards Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, construction, and client teams A commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and driving efficient project outcomes What's in it for you?
