About the Role

As the Store Manager, you'll work alongside brand leaders and creatives to bring this new retail concept to life - from pre-launch and team build, through to grand opening and beyond. You'll have input into : Visual merchandising and brand presentation Team culture, hiring, and service rituals Event execution, promotions, and community engagement Sales performance and customer experience strategies This is the perfect role for a leader who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, and startup-style environment - where ideas matter and growth is part of the DNA. We're looking for : Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in high-performing retail - Multi brand skincare and makeup phenom!
