In one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing communities, Guardian Tarneit Grand Central is our second centre in Tarneit, designed to spark creativity, curiosity, and confidence in children from six weeks to six years. Surrounded by vibrant neighbourhoods like Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, and Truganina , this centre will be a beautiful new hub for families—and a fresh opportunity for you to make a difference from day one.

Why This Role Matters as an Educational Leader , you're not just supporting learning—you’re shaping it. You'll work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to lead curriculum, inspire a passionate team of educators, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

This is your opportunity to :

• Lead curriculum development and implementation with a strong educational vision.
• Inspire and mentor educators to deliver high-quality, child-led programs.
• Collaborate with families, communities, and other education professionals.
• Help drive continuous improvement as part of the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.

What You'll Need :

• A Diploma or aBachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Proven experience as an Educational Leader or in a leadership role, with a passion for working on the floor and in collaboration with teams.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
• Great in curriculum side of things and mentorship / leadership experience
• A valid Working with Children Check
• Australian or NZ citizenship or permanent residency (sponsorship is not available)
