Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Bathurst About The Role
As an ICU Registered Nurse (RN), you will join a dynamic team managing critically ill patients in a level 4 ICU servicing the Bathurst region and surrounds.

Bathurst Hospital, located 3 hours west of Sydney over the Blue Mountains, is a university city with good transport links, including buses, trains, and flights. The city offers large sporting complexes, restaurants, recreational activities, and facilities.
The ICU is a 7-bed, level 4 unit including Coronary Care, with an Intensivist and 24 / 7 registrar cover. It can ventilate up to 2 patients and perform renal replacement therapy (CRRT). A multidisciplinary team is involved in all patient care.
The hospital also features an Emergency Department, Level 4 Maternity, Paediatric services, a 15-bed Surgical Ward, Rehabilitation Unit, TACP beds, and extensive Allied Health support, with expanding Ambulatory Care and HITH services.
Educational support is available, with access to online and face-to-face learning through the Australian College of Nursing to help advance your skills.
