Job descriptionAbout You Able to perform routine maintenance tasks on buildings, equipment, and facilities. Maintain the grounds, including gardening, landscaping, and outdoor upkeep. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance needs. Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations. Respond to maintenance requests promptly to minimize disruptions to the facility. Sound Communication skills that foster good working relationships Demonstrated methodical approach to problem solving Basic Computer skills Physical ability to perform manual labour and operate gardening / maintenance equipment Current QLD Drivers Licence (Manual & Automatic) Prior experience working in a similar role Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain Working at Heights Competency or willingness to obtain Chemical Handling Certificate The Company McLean Care is a well-respected provider of the highest quality Community, Retirement and Aged Care Lifestyle services.
