Trainee Store Manager - South Metro Perth

• You will consider yourself to be a proactive and driven individual who leads by example, demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm, commitment and customer service excellence. In addition you will have :
• Leadership / supervisory experience ideally working in large format retail stores;
• Understanding or Exposure to store financial reporting including P&L (operating report), Rosters and Budgets;
• Worked within a team to deliver results;
• Be comfortable liaising and building relationships with customers and company stakeholders;
• Work towards KPIs and targets at a swift pace;
• Finally you have a passion for the automotive industry and Repco products.
• The successful individual will
• Be a passionate customer service expert
• Be able to motivate their team members to shine, develop and succeed
• Have store operations management experience and success leading and engaging a team
• Have experience within a dual format sales environment, trade product, or multi network operation
• Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
• Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
