- One Legal Assistant to support our Aged Care, Seniors Living and Disability team, and one for our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
- About You
We are looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience to join our team. The successful applicant will bring with them :
- Proven success and administration experience working in the Legal Industry
- Previous experience creating new client matter files, closing and archiving files
- Previous billing experience highly advantageous
- Proficient technical and computer knowledge, with advanced skills in MS office
- Typing speed of 70+ wpm
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and assist with competing deadlines
