State Visual Merchandising Manager

• The Role

The State VM will be responsible for their stores' in-store VM, including floor plans, and hands-on execution of all aspects of in-store Visual Merchandising. You are also responsible for training the team on maintaining the VM and placing new products. You will be commercially driven and have experience analysing reports to determine opportunities for each category, reviewing stock levels, and delivering appropriate feedback to the buying / allocation team.

• Skills & experiences required
• Previous high-volume apparel VM experience required
• Must be able to set the standard and engage the team to maintain these
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and have excellent time management
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence teams and peers
• Positive outlook and energetic attitude
• Review sales reports and understand how to impact through VM / Stock
• Be able to use Microsoft Excel
