We are looking for experienced service industry professionals to join us this festive period on a fixed-term contract from September through March.
Richemont owns some of the world's leading luxury goods Maisons, including A. Lange & Söhne, Cartier, Chloe, IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Montblanc, Panerai, Piaget, Roger Dubuis, Vacheron Constantin, and Van Cleef & Arpels in Oceania.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? With your exceptional ability in developing and driving client relationships, you will :
Provide unique and memorable client experiencesSupport the team in achieving personal and collective goalsWelcome clients, manage flow by providing wait time information, direct them to waiting areas, and ensure they are attended to by staffAssist with sales-related tasks such as gift wrapping, personalization, and care services including cleaning and polishingContribute positively to team spirit and embody our core valuesRepresent our Maison proudly as an ambassadorHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? Over 3 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or service rolesA strong understanding of luxury standards and client expectationsExperience in watches, jewelry, or leather goods is beneficial but not essential; a passion for luxury is keyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detailA proactive, positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindsetExcellent time management and adaptability to a fast-paced environmentCreative ideas and innovation to enhance client events and activationsWHAT MAKES OUR GROUP DIFFERENT?
