  • What being an OSHC Educator Entails

OSHC educators care for children before school, after school and during school holiday periods. Highlights include running fascinating, fun-filled and educational activities with primary school children - such as science experiments, outdoor games and painting.

As an OSHC Educator you will :

  • YMCA Palmview Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)
  • is located at Palmview State Primary School and is licensed for 60 children. We offer Before and after school care from 6am to 9am and 2 : 30pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We also offer Vacation Care, operating from 6am to 6pm.

  • To be successful you must have
  • A Certificate or Diploma qualification in Children Services or equivalent or if you are studying towards a relevant qualification
  • A Fantastic sense of fun & a tremendous imagination
  • Hold or are willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current Blue Card or willing to obtain one
