TEN Recruitment is partnering with a respected commercial builder to appoint a Senior Site Manager . This is a key opportunity to lead the delivery of major $50M+ projects from day one, backed by a capable and well-resourced team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and program targets are met
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Lead WHS initiatives and ensure compliance with legislation
- Maintain strong communication with the Project Manager, consultants, and stakeholders
- Deliver works to a high standard, on time and within budget
