• Acceptance of new referrals
• Allocations or other recording as dictated by the team
• Reviewing any data issues as needs arise
• Other queries by the clinical teams and service users (will include use of office telephone)
• Weekly MDTs including all minutes
• Support with letters for LD clinicians going to GP / families / service user / other agencies, along with sending out YSYS feedback forms
• Skills

• Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Telephone Manner
• Preferable - Lorenzo experience
