Financial Controller

The Role We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our clients Melbourne team. This is a rare opportunity to work with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team focused on reshaping bulk commodity markets across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities will include :

Managing month-end close, including accrual accounting and reportingOverseeing balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger integrityTracking and analysing OPEX, CAPEX, and marginsSupporting treasury management, cashflow, and FX exposureAssisting with Mark-to-market and hedge accounting practicesContributing to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisImproving financial systems and automation to lift team efficiencySupporting audit, tax, and compliance obligationsProviding commercial insights to support decision-makingThe Person We are interested in speaking to you if you possess the following key skills :
