THE ROLEThe Portfolio Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all engagements for the assigned accounts, including delivery risks and product / service development.
Has overall accountability for the successful delivery of all engagements into those accounts.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngagement Management_Management, coordination and contribution to multiple projectsAccountable for project planning, resourcing and scheduling of their assigned engagements and provide support to Business Operations for delivery planning of other engagementsProvide leadership to internal and external teams, assist teams as required with the delivery of servicesBe the 'go to' person for staff and customer delivery issuesManage operational reporting processes for the Business Ops teamEnsure services and product delivery to clients meets client's expectations and adhere to Ampion delivery requirementsProvide guidance on delivery methodsProvide feedback to Engagement Lead regarding team performancePerform quality assurance for engagement deliverables (with assistance from Principals and Capability Leads)Ensure risk management is in place and applied to the delivery of engagementsBuild CISO / CXO level relationships and leverage those and other relationships to grow the CRS footprintUnderstand the financials of all engagements within their strategic account, and drive profitability and marginsPartners closely with GAE, Sales, and Practice Managers and Practice LeadsSales Renewals_Identify new pre-sales activities within those accounts for the development of new opportunitiesEngage with client project teams to assist with development of long-term relationships of client staffAssist with account planningAttend marketing events and engage with attendees and / or provide presentations on behalf of AmpionFacilitate peer review on deliverables and services to confirm that engagement deliverables are being metMaintaining and expanding relationships inside accounts where the sales leads are warm and in-bound.Work to identify opportunities to extend or expand upon in flight opportunitiesFirst point of contact for client stakeholders for issues related to billing, statements of work, resourcing, and delivery escalations for inflight engagementsManage commercial aspects of extending and expanding upon existing engagementsForecasting opportunities and maintaining an up to date sales pipelineWorking with the broader account team to provide updates and visibility of opportunities uncoveredTeam Leadership_Provide guidance and coaching to delivery staff on your strategic account as and when requiredContribute to the development of internal processes and delivery methodsProvide input for operational reporting (engagement and people performance)Perform account planning and executionProvide feedback to consultants who are involved in your strategic accountRepresent Ampion in all public and client environmentsABOUT YOUExperience leading large teams and programs for delivery of technical outcomesAgile delivery lead experienceExperience providing support for teams in excess of 20 staffExperience in managing outcomes and / or capabilities within large enterprise environmentsTwo years' experience working with tier one organisations and / or GovernmentExperience with project coordination activities including :o Project planningo Resourcing / schedulingo Budgeting / forecastingo Team / stakeholder engagement.WHAT CAN AMPION OFFER YOU?Join a high performing and collaborative teamAccess to an annual professional development programsInternal Recognition & Rewards program - Claim your free coffee, wellness or restaurant vouchers, movie tickets, annual leave & much more!Regular Lunch & Learn sessionsWellbeing and mental health sessionsExposure to the latest tools and technology and the opportunity to work with a variety of tier one clientsSalary packagingAccess to coaching and mentoringRegular social team events & Friday post-work drinksHOW TO APPLYTalent Acquisition Partner,Charlee JanePlease follow our new page on LinkedIn
