The Star Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced and visionary Group Manager of Leadership Development to drive the capability uplift of leaders across our organisation. Leading a small, high-impact team, this role will play a key part in shaping leadership culture and enabling business transformation at all levels—from frontline to senior executives.

Your role will be pivotal in supporting the business and you will need to demonstrate the personal and people leadership to shape the ongoing success of the business.
