What you will be doing : ?
An exciting opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to join the Allied Health team as an Acute Team Leader on a permanent full time basis. In this role you will lead, guide and manage the Occupational Therapy Acute Services and implement high levels of clinical expertise in order to provide high quality Occupational Therapy care to clients of Nepean Hospital consistent with NSW Health and Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) policies, procedures and standards.
This position has management, education and clinical elements, which support the overall management of the Occupational Therapy Department, as well as directing the delivery of Occupational Therapy services across the acute care services including (but not limited to) neurology, trauma, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, general surgery, vascular and general medical services.

Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
