• About the Warehouse Co-Ordinator Role
• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products
• Develop and maintain efficient warehouse procedures to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock takes
• Manual handling and lifting of heavy stock while adhering to safety measures (LF forklift license or willingness to obtain)
• Report to Divison Leader regularly on warehouse performance and suggest improvements where necessary
• About the Area Manager Role
• Build & Develop strong relationships with potential and existing distributors
• Provide in-store product training and education from Tuesday to Thursday
• Engage & connect with team members and those in our Distributor Network with POFL (Positive Outcome Focused Language) front of mind
