About the RoleAn opportunity to develop your career within the manufacturing industry at our Kadina site on a 12-month contract. Working 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am to 1.30 pm on Fridays. The focus of this role is to assist our supported employees in achieving their workplace goals within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include :
Work closely with our supported employeesMaintain a high level of safety in all areasMonitor and manage quality controlEnsure production timelines and KPIs are metComplete daily checks on machinery and other general housekeepingAssist in other areas of the business where requiredAbout YouOther skills and qualities include :
Computer skills including the ability to use Outlook, Word, and ExcelUnderstanding, patience, and empathyGeneral production or manufacturing skillsAn ability to work with people with disabilityFor this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford Phoenix Incorporated.
