About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Corporate Partnership Manager to join our Retail Banking Department in this brand-new role! This is your chance to shape the future of strategic partnerships at Queensland Country Bank. You’ll be at the forefront of operations, product delivery, and leadership, working closely with our Corporate Banking Partners to create meaningful connections and drive business excellence. From sourcing and negotiation to long-term relationship management, you’ll own the entire partnership lifecycle - helping us achieve and exceed our growth ambitions. If you thrive in a dynamic, member-centric environment and love making an impact, we would love to hear from you.

This is a full-time opportunity with the flexibility of being located at our Townsville Head Office or Brisbane Admin Office.

About You

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, negotiate, and influence at all levels
• Proven ability to develop, nurture, and manage high-value corporate partnerships, driving long-term success.
• Strong business mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, create value-driven proposals, meet targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Ability to work seamlessly across departments, aligning partnership strategies with business objectives.
• Previous experience in partnership management, business development, corporate sales, or a similar strategic role.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business / Marketing / Management
• Positive attitude with a genuine ‘people first’ approach
