In this role you will build and sustain strong relationships with domestic and international stakeholders and partners as part of the International and Domestic Engagement Directorate (I&DE), at The Australian Civil-Military Centre (ACMC).
You will contribute to the ongoing development of National Civil-Military-Police capabilities to prevent, prepare for and respond more effectively to conflicts and natural disaster overseas by facilitating collaboration, development and sharing of best practice in a multi-agency environment.
Use your excellent interpersonal, leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills to lead a team who influence strategic and international policy through a range of domestic and international dialogues, committees, and workshops.

The ACMC's mission is to support the development of national civil-military-police capabilities to prevent, prepare for and respond more effectively to conflicts crises domestically and overseas. The ACMC promotes best practice civil-military-police collaboration and engagement in conflict and crisis management, using a multiagency approach.
The ACMC is a small, dynamic organisation, drawing staff from a number of Australian Government departments and agencies (Defence, Foreign Affairs and Trade, Home Affairs, and the Australian Federal Police), as well as the New Zealand Government, and the Non-Government sector through the Australian Council for International Development.
