About the role :
Our dedicated Condare Court team are looking to add passionate Personal Care Workers to join our night shift team on a part time basis working below one of the following shift patterns :
At Uniting AgeWell, Personal Care Workers co-ordinate personal care for residents in accordance with care plans which meet their individual needs and preferences. Working within a multidisciplinary team, provide effective clinical and emotional support to residents, recognise changes in residents’ conditions and escalate observations and concerns.
