WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will support the Warehouse Manager by managing daily warehouse operations, maintaining accurate administrative records, and delivering outstanding internal customer service.
You will ensure seamless warehouse processes, from pick queue management to freight coordination, while leveraging your problem-solving skills to resolve logistical challenges.
Key responsibilities for this role will include :
- Pick Queue Management – Prepare and prioritise picking work for the warehouse team, ensuring workflow efficiency
- Administrative Duties – Process freight, validate invoices, investigate warehouse concerns, and maintain accurate documentation
- Customer Service Excellence – Address internal customer requests and ensure warehouse support emails are handled efficiently
- Technology Utilisation – Work with warehouse management and inventory systems, Outlook, and the Microsoft Office suite to streamline operations
