We are looking for passionate Speech Pathologists to join our teams in the Perth Metropolitan area (Morley, Burswood, and Armadale).

Tailor caseloads! Our therapists work within a general caseload of paediatric and adult clients with the flexibility to tailor caseloads based on individual interests and expertise.

Snapshot of the Role :

• Work in a goal-directed way with clients and their families alongside the multidisciplinary team.
• Play an active role in building capacity for clients to live their best life.
• Enrich clients’ lives using your Speech Pathology skills to support and promote clients’ :
• speech, language, and communication across everyday activities and routines;
• use of Key Word Sign, low and high-tech AAC; and
• successful and safe mealtimes.

Use your experience to deliver meaningful supervision, coaching, and mentoring to passionate speech pathology professionals.

Opportunity to support a varied, complex caseload. We value your ideas & innovation and work closely with you to shape caseloads towards your interests and strengths.

Delivery of high-quality, evidence-informed practice, including but not limited to Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
