Facilities Coordinator

Working on site for a large warehouse in Melbourne's inner west, you will be assisting with day to day general maintenance and repairs to ensure warehouse operations are fully maintained on a daily basis.

• This position will be responsible for
• Assists with installation and modification of site equipment systems
• Keeping the warehouse to a high standard of quality (quality assurance checks)
• Manage property maintenance issues and site repair works
• Problem solving of site issues and negotiating solutions
• Recording of site issues with meticulous organisation and follow up of issues
• Replacing property items to keep standards high (inventory management)
• Must have requirements
