As the Store Manager , you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team.To thrive here, you should ideally have : Management / Leadership experience.

A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.

A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team.

Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.

Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.

Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
