Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to contribute to complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.Written communication skills across a range of products, including policy briefs, question time briefs, ministerial correspondence, and reports.Verbal communication skills, including liaison and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Stakeholder engagement skills and an ability to collaborate to achieve outcomes.Organisational skills, self-motivation, and ability to be flexible and agile in a fluid work environment.Familiarity working in a project environment or in a Secretariat role would be an advantage.
