  • About the role
  • The Sustainability Data Officer will support the sustainability program leads measure, evaluate and report on outcomes in line with the City of Sydney's environmental targets and strategies.

    If you have extensive experience collecting and analysing environmental data to report outcomes on GHG emissions reduction, energy and water savings, waste reduction and circular economy then this is the job for you!

    We're looking for someone with :

  • tertiary qualifications at a degree level in a relevant discipline and / or extensive knowledge of environmental and resilience issues, and behaviour change programs
  • experience in monitoring, evaluation and reporting of sustainability and / or resilience programs and behaviour change campaigns
  • experience in data collection and analysis, including using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.

    The recommended applicant must complete a pre-employment health declaration.
