Associate Director - Real Estate Credit - Large

Job descriptionUpon successful hire, you will Oversee and assist in the structuring and execution of complex transactions for both existing and new clients; Ensuring that all transactions are commercial and appropriately risked; Mentor a team of experienced and very capable associates and analysts; Review and, when appropriate, write Information Memorandums that are accurate and effectively market the businesses' offering to clients; Identifying and harnessing the potential of junior investment team members; Assisting the senior team in identifying new business lines and opportunities; Develop a competitive position regarding deal structuring and recommending appropriate lending solutions; Offering insights to both internal and external stakeholders in relation to current market trends and recent developments; 5-10 years of experience in property finance; Exceptional stakeholder management skills; Strong analytical / technical and report-writing skills; Experience in structuring and executing large, complex transactions; Team management experience; A thorough understanding of the Australian property market; A passion for the real estate industry; Ability to work independently; A willingness to adapt and challenge the norms;

My client is a well-regarded property finance and investment fund that manages several billion dollars on behalf of HNW & institutional investors.
They invest across all real estate asset classes, investment and development, and work across the entire capital stack.
Due to continued business growth and strong deal flow, they are looking to appoint an Associate Director to their growing investment team in Sydney.
