About the Role
Client partners advise and support clients, offering solutions and tactics to help achieve their business goals while also increasing company revenue. They develop strategic plans that align with client priorities and emphasise tools and services that can improve efficiency, streamline processes, or increase profits for our clients. They provide ongoing client support to address challenge or resolve issues.
The Client Partner (Consultant) - is at the core of the IT Integrity value proposition.
You will work across numerous industries assisting organisations in developing and executing their ICT and digital strategies. With IT Integrity having a strong footprint in Care Services a Consultant that has experience across (Aged | Home Care | NDIS | Community Services) and is keen to build upon this to target healthcare will be desirable.
This position demands an in-depth understanding of the client’s business needs and challenges, and the ability to offer proactive solutions. This is a role that requires a high level of client attention and support via a variety of communication methods. This is a 50% billable consulting role, where you will be operating as an extension of our clients C-Suite to deliver exceptional outcomes to benefit their business and ours.
