Disability Support Worker (Casual) - Indooroopilly

Community Access activities include social support and companionship, recreational and community-based activities, behavioural support, providing transportation.

Assistance with personal care can include, light domestic duties, meal preparation, cleaning and the use of assistive equipment such as wheelchairs and walking frames.

As a Disability Support Worker you could be working in people's homes and / or in the community. Duties and responsibilities focus is always on supporting a person to lead a fulfilling and more independent life.

Staff are trained in how to best protect themselves and the client and Personal Protective Equipment (masks, sanitiser, wipes, gloves) is supplied for staff while on shift.

Licence / Certification :

• First Aid Certification (preferred)
• NDIS Worker Screening Card (preferred)
• Driver Licence (required)
