• Duties within this role will include

Customer service and head office reception

Support the development & execution of annual marketing and communication plan.

Coordinate Sales and Marketing campaigns

Sales Order Entry and Administration

Follow up and administer all leads generated from marketing campaigns

Support PR and Media Events.

• To be successful in this role, the following is essential

A Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communications / Creative Arts / Business is an advantage.

Makeup and Beauty background is an advantage.

A positive, can-do attitude, ability to take self-initiative, hardworking with the agility of a learning spirit are a must.

You have a warm and bubbly personality and customer service skills and able to build relationship with a wide range of people.

You have an excellent phone manner.

You'll have excellent time management skills and attention to detail in managing and executing the strategy.

You're hungry to learn, eager, a self-starter and enthusiastic.

Great communication skills, verbal and written.

Ability to manage time effectively and deliver results.

Display a great personality with the ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.

Passion & interest in cosmetic & make-up industry.

Confident communicator, comfortable communicating with people from all walks of life and cultures.
