About the Role

Provide an exceptional Resident experience by delivering genuine customer service to our residents. You will also be responsible for being the first point of contact for our residents and ensuring the efficient operation of reception. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Key Accountabilities

  • Welcome every Resident to Ingenia Rentals, explaining the community, surrounding area, amenities, and activities.
  • Conduct showings for vacant homes.
  • Liaise with prospective tenants and advise on availability.
  • Process tenancy applications.
  • Organise exit cleans and other repairs as needed.
  • Ensure seamless and efficient move-ins and move-outs, following correct procedures.
  • Lock up facilities including, but not limited to, the office, vacated rooms, common areas, and gates.
  • Attend to matters including, but not limited to, noise complaints, community disturbances, washing tokens, etc.
  • Carry out routine walk-arounds and perimeter checks to ensure all residents and guests are abiding by site rules.
  • Register any issues related to housekeeping, maintenance, office, or common areas.
  • Use computer programs (Newbook, MS Office) to maintain databases related to guests and residents.
  • Attend to general receptionist duties including answering calls and emails, filing, and other duties as assigned by management.

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Confident decision-maker able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive team player.
  • Well-organised and time-conscious.
  • Confident and proficient in dealing with people.
  • Security of working for an ASX-listed organisation.
