Retail Minibus Driver

  • Company Minibus Provided

    • Salary : £13.78 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.30 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)

  • Enhancements

    • Location : Ipswich

    8-10 hour stock count shifts + paid driving time + bonus)

  • Access to wages from 3 days after shift completion

    • The Role

  • Oversee transportation of a small team of stock counters within your region.
  • Work at various Retail customer sites / stores with travel varying per shift.
  • Notify the team of pick-up points and timings.
  • Escalate vehicle issues promptly.
  • Complete attendance sheets with details of team members and arrival times.
  • Ensure quick and accurate stock counting on site using handheld scanners.
  • Prolonged standing required; occasional use of equipment to reach high stock.

    • Key Skills / Experience Required

  • Working unsociable hours, early mornings, or night shifts; minimum age 21.
  • Full Driving License required.
  • Positive attitude, ability to work long shifts on large counts.
  • Quick learner due to technological updates.
  • Stock handling experience is advantageous but not essential.
